OMG.... my internship is maddening. My boss is maddening. I really like the girls I'm working with though. Once everything comes to fruition I am outta there. I can't handle it. BLAH.

Busy... tired..... blah.

Yumi has to go to a special eye doctor because her eyes won't stop gooping. I made the appointment today and the next available isn't until September.

Sia is fine. She sticks her butt in my face a lot.

Sunny is leaving soon and I'm bummed.
Em put in her two weeks and leaves soon and I'm extra bummed.

Well, the girls are best friends now!! They eat, sleep, poop, and play together! I caught Yumi grooming Sia today. And we all took a nap on the couch for a few hours. Here are some cute pics...

I left Yumi & Sia home alone while I was at work last night. Nervous, yes. But I came home and they were in one piece. They are learning eachothers limits and are having a ball chasing eachother around the apartment. Yumi is pretty chill and if Sia gets too crazy she just walks away or watches the kitten go nuts on something besides her face. You can see in the video that Yumi is just thinking, wow Sia Kitten, you are effing crazy.

Please welcome to the family, Sia Kitten! Yumi got a surprise for her 1 year birthday!! A strapping 2.4 pounds, this little girl is a bundle of playfulness. It was a rough first day, but slowly the kids are coming around and getting to know eachother. Little Yumi is such a sweetheart, she just wants to be buddies and play! Unfortunately little Sia is a little nervous and hisses at Yumi when she gets scared. However, if Yumi stops paying attention, Sia seeks her out. They'll figure it out :)

zzzzzz... need normal sleep!!

I cannot get my sleep schedule normal... last night I fell asleep at 7pm and woke up at 3:30am and Ive been up since then. I feel so tired. Blah.

korea days 17-20 end of days (happy birthday yumi cat!!)

Well I made it home, got in today at about 2:30pm after 16 hours of travel... whew! Yumi Cat was excited to see me, but not as excited as I was to see her!!! It is her birthday today! She is 1 year old!! But here is what happened in my last few days in Seoul...

(Day 17) Monday, July 2nd

Today was fairly lowkey, I was kind of sick so we laid low and went to a DVD bong! Apparently, normally this is where people go to like makeout etc.




(Day 18) Tuesday, July 3rd

We went to the Army base, Robyn's friend Kuan ie Katutsu works there. It was strange, a little American village in the middle of Korea. We played minigolf, it was a good time!




After, we went to Seoul Tower for a sweeping view of Seoul!

(Day 18) Wednesday, July 4th

Today I went shopping (all by myself!) and managed to navigate my way to meet up with Robyn and friends to get my hair permed and to go out to dinner after.

(Day 19) Thursday, July 5th

My last day!! I said goodbye to Robyn's kids then that night we went out to eat for my final Korean meal, and then to the bar for peach soju and makale.

(Day 20) Friday, July 6th

Robyn sent me off on the airport bus at 7am. Flew into Chicago and then finally home at 2:30pm! Funny how my plane took off at 12pm Friday the 6th in Korea and then I got here at 2:00pm Friday the 6th ;) I got a second chance at Friday. And now I am tired again!!!!! So the blog switches locations into good ole Minneapolis. Viva Korea.

Aw, my last weekend in Korea. And what a weekend... all I could hope for and more.

(Day 14) Friday, June 29th

Went to Eastern Welfare to look at my file and discovered some things about my birth parents that was not available in the US. Later went to a barbeque at Dusty's and then to the bar.

(Day 15) Saturday, June 30th

The big Eagles versus Bears baseball game! It was SO much fun. Fans here definitely have more zeal than in MN, the twinkies game will never be the same after the Korean game. After the game we ate, drank, and clubbed.
